I had a similar problem a few days ago. Are you getting a long message telling you that the machine is not being able to find the domain? I don't remember the wording because it was a little long, but it was something like: "Windows cannot connect to the domain either because the domain controller is down or otherwise unavailable or because your computer account was not found." Microsoft has a lot of documentation on it. As usual I did not like what they had. I took the machines out the domain, making them join a fictitious work group. Then rejoin the domain and everything went OK. I had three cases, about one week ago.
