Actually your best conversation might be with their technology person
who implemented the system for the office that they work in.  His name

as I don't have his phone number on me right now.

When I was with my previous employer, and insurance company downtown,
we went out to the company my wife works for and did an onsite visit
to see the system in action and talk with the people there.  They
might even be able to arrange something like that for you if you
wanted.
