I've used the Home version before on a few Windows 2003 servers. It wouldn't see any disks that weren't basic disks. I also looked at their enterprise version that will backup your servers and have a central console to control it all. I found the centralized console to be half baked (this was last February) and their Universal Restore option (at that time) was an additional purchase.
