I've recently received responses to an RFI that I composed to help us along the decision process. The RFI is focused on outsourcing student email. When we're a little closer to having a plan, I will be attending campus committee meetings to discuss and get feedback on some ideas of where we'd like to go in terms of the future of our email system. -Ed
