Here at the ol' Phys Plant we've been running W2K3 SP2 on 15 servers for a while now, and have experienced no significant problems. The one issue I have run into is an annoyance, not a show stopper. W2K3 SP2 installation installs MMC version 3, which causes some snap-ins written for pre-ver 3 MMC to complain (pop up an error dialog) when started up. If/when this happens you just have to check a radio button that says, in effect, "Yeah, yeah, ok, so let me continue on anyway" and click ok to the dialog box. On the few occasions where I've seen this behavior there has been no impairment in functionality, only the annoyance of having to respond to the dialog box when launching the MMC snap-in involved.
