We have two BizHub units here in our department using the scan to email function. A few months back I had to reconfigure them to use the express mail service. I also had to request that the IP's be added to the express mail server. It used to work flawlessly, but then the "no relaying" started happening, so I am wondering if something is slightly different on the mail.msu.edu servers that is preventing the Konica-Minolta from forwarding the scanned documents to msu.edu email addresses.
