Thanks for the update Chris.  Did you get the impression during your support
calls that the company could have dealt with serious issues?  I find it hard
to know what to make of some companies which offer 24x7 support.    

I do know that Microsoft's support can be trusted when you really need it.
I also know that they won't point the finger at my operating system or my
permissions setup or DNS and claim that is the problem.  If they think that
the problem might involve some other Microsoft software, they just bring in
the appropriate expert and the debugging continues.  For me, that is
priceless.

Laurence,

They do have 24x7 support for ZImbra.  Every time I have contacted them, 
I have received a quick response.

We pay $400 a year for the support, along with $8 a user.
