ZDnet reports that "thousands" of people are crowding a chat room that Microsoft is hosting to help people with early DST remediation. http://blogs.zdnet.com/microsoft/?p=307&tag=nl.e622 The article singles out Exchange patching as problematic, and says Microsoft help desk call volume is up 66%. How are things going for you, whether Exchange, Windows 2000, or desktop/laptop? I think MSU will feel this a little more than other institutions simply because this week is spring break. My guess is a number of students and others will return from the beach or building in New Orleans and miss the spring forward regardless of their computers'clocks. /rich
