Yesterday I sent out the bi-weekly organic news sheet and a reader (thanks Colleen) has found an error. The Great Lakes Fruit and Vegetable Expo is December 5-7, 2006 NOT November. I am sorry for this error and hope you can attend the event.

On Thursday Dec 7^th is the Organic Production day featuring Organic Production Issues in the morning form 9-11 am and Organic Fruit and Vegetable Production in the afternoon from 1-4 pm. You can see the full schedule at www.glexpo.com. You can register the morning for a reduced price of $40.00 for just that day. This also gains you access into the great trade show, if you are in the market for irrigation, farming equipment or farmer market display materials.

 

Just remember, the more we ask, “Oh is that organic I am eating??!”  The more it will become an expectation rather than an exception!!
