Well Folks,
It looks as if our state government has decided that we are not either knowledgeable nor mature enough to decide what we want to eat or drink, it has finally come to the point that our government is going to tell us not only what we can ingest,but how we are "allowed" to spend our hard earned money. How long before farmers markets will be illegal?( uninspected spinach?) Are we all going to be goose stepping together to the nearest " approved" food distribution center? Are we not adults? I know in my heart our country's founding fathers must be rolling in their graves!!

The Michigan Department of Agriculture has seized milk and all items
intended for delivery to "COW SHARE HOLDERS" in the state of Michigan on
10/13/06. The MDA also went to the home of Richard Hebron a faithful person
committed to assuring that families in Michigan have REAL MILK and
confiscated his computer and all records pertaining to his business. It is
time for all who know of the goodness of REAL MILK to join together and have
our state representative repeal the laws former Governor John Engler signed
into law. We must exercise our rights requesting our state representative to
introduce new laws on the books regarding REAL MILK. These current laws
only demonstrate an uneducated attempt to modernized Michigan's dairy laws.
What is so deeply disturbing is how our state has operated in the past.
Remember Edwin Chen's factual accounts of the Michigan PBB poisoning of
Michigan Dairy cows in the 1970's. Our voices must be heard as many in S.E.
Michigan heard the news yesterday NO MILK DELIVERY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE" I

the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) of a "possible"
link to bacterial contamination of OP milk and milk products. As of 9/22
all pathogen tests by state investigators, outside labs and OPDC have proven
negative for the suspected human pathogen E. coli 0157-H7. Yet raw milk is
still being withheld from the marketplace.
PRESS CONFERENCE: Organic Pastures is holding a press conference at 2:00 PM
tomorrow, Friday September 29th. We need each and every one of you to show
