You should have received an NOD32.lic file, an email with the link to 
the software, and a username and password for downloading the software 
and putting in NOD32 to get definition updates.  Software Security 
Solutions will re-email you the license if you didn't get it.

When we switched at the beginning of the year, we had issues with the 
attachment.  When downloading with either Thunderbird or webmail, the 
license file was corrupt - I had to use Outlook to get the file.  I did 
let them know this, and they said they would try to address it.  So I 
can't say if that is still an issue.
