We are seeking a candidate with specialties in alternative education for youth, community-based and out-of-school education, or related areas. The ideal candidate will lead the teams efforts in the Boston Campaign for Proficiency, in development of an alternative education network and pathway, and in liaison work with specific Boston programs. The senior analyst will: Plan, design and conduct research and evaluation projects to determine the effectiveness of education or workforce development programs; devise methods and procedures for collecting, cleaning, organizing and processing data; conduct literature reviews and summarize key findings; analyze data using advanced quantitative (econometric/statistical) methods using statistical applications; prepare reports and presentations on study findings for researchers and practitioners.manage selected studies or analyses being performed by partners/contractors; work closely with program managers at Center for Youth Development and Education in the development of programs, data analysis, and planning and conduct of evaluations.
