It is important that your institutional President or chief executive officer send a letter to Mr. Manning that underscores your institution's opposition to the published priority as well. The attached letter from ACE should be very helpful in convincing your institution that commenting in response to the Notice is very critical. It is also important that you work with the offices of your Senators and Member of Congress to have them go on record as opposing the priority (sample letter is also attached).
