Gene, ACNS Operations can help MSU service units post notices of outages that affect a significant portion of campus into our Service Status reporting system. AIS now reports scheduled maintenance and service outages regularly, and Telecom Systems has reported various such events. I'll forward this item to ACNS Ops for posting.
