Dear NAG Suddenly, SAV10 is causing system reboots because of some sort of conflict described here: http://oca.microsoft.com/en/response.aspx?SGD=9984fd7b-3dcd-4856-82c0-b84bbcdcbdc7&SID=1610 Symantec helpfully suggests an update which Liveupdate does not provide, leading me to a page that asks for a serial number or login: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2005092212380948 Does anyone have a login or a serial number that can be used to obtain the updates (or do you have the update for SAV10)? We are currently licensed under the Big 10 agreement for MSU and cannot wait to switch away from SAV at the turn of the fiscal year. PM
