Use joomla (as it was mentioned first, the former name is Mambo), They even have their own standalone-server for windows if you want to test them out. This cms is now the one with most developers. Been trying using it, and put some in production. All i can say is, this cms is excellent, It allows you to write your own modules, easy installations & upgrades, If you have some $$$ to run SQLSERVER & Windows, try Rainbow CMS, runs on .NET Joomla: www.joomla.org if you want to try and compare CMS, try www.opensourcecms.com they have every CMS ever heard from A-Z -----Original Message----- From: MSU Network Administrators Group [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Bryan Murphy Sent: Tuesday, January 10, 2006 1:39 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [MSUNAG] CMS recommendation I have to recommend against PHPNuke.
