For what it is worth, I have purchased a number of used but nice looking 42U Rittal cabinets (used by COMPAQ etc.) from Ebay for about $200 each. They mainly came from an outfit in Chicago but the freight company under contact to MSU (USF Holland inc. at that time) picked them up and delivered them for approx. $75 each.
