I have been with ACD for 3 years. I started having problems
few months ago. At one point I was down for 10 days before they figured out
that I had a bad modem. I switched to cable modem this month because the
service went down again. They require a 30 day notice of cancellation so they are
charging a full month of service even when it does not work. Be careful with
using ACD net. I have other users in our department complain about the same
problems.
