Does anybody have access to the updated instructions on how to manually remove the version 4.6 Cisco VPN Client software. I tried the CISCO website and found instructions on how to remove a much earlier version, but not the version in question. One of my users had an installation go bad, and he can't remove the software by using add/remove programs or any other known methods. Lee
