We are using the classnet system in the Training lab in the Usability and Accessibility Center on campus http://www.minicom.com/cbt_twistaudio.htm The system is new and i have had limited exposure to this, but it works well for the scenario's you are describing. It allows the teacher to control the keyboard/mouse/monitor of any computer. Transmit the teacher's monitor to any computer and also send the output to the projector. How do you want this to be used? Do you want to share the instructor's screen with the classroom? If so, what would be the advantage over using a projector? Do you want to share any student's monitor with another? Do you want to monitor the student's monitor from the instructor's station? Is this confined to each classroom, or do you want a computer in room A to share its monitor with some computer in room B?
