Does anybody out there do multipoint videoconferencing over IP? Do you, your department or the university have their own global address book? How does this work with endpoints that are computers with DHCP addresses? Will the address / name match be kept current? Do you have a gatekeeper? Does this work with E.164 / DHCP address matches?
