This time I would ask that everyone be aware of their cell phone. Last month alone we were interrupted at least four times by people receiving calls and it seems to generally be a regular occurance at these meetings. Please remember turn them off, mute the volume, switch it to vibrate or leave them in your office. To do otherwise is distracting and inconsiderate.
