I have had ACD for about 6 months now and I am loving it. Recently the uptime has not been that great but that's because they have been upgrading/updating their equipment. In most cases, rebooting my DSL cable and router restored the connection but still ... it is an annoyance that I am willing to put up with because it's worth getting an internal MSU IP address - meaning that no VPN is required to map drives to servers located on campus. I have been doing a lot more server administration from home that I care to admit.
