We use Printer Accounting Server from Equitrac, and it works quite well. Their site is http://www.metrics.com/Products/PAS/

Does have any personal experience with a low cost Printer Accounting software solution that works with Microsoft OS servers?  I would like to track usage and enforce quotas.
