Hi: Maybe someone can help me out. I can access http://www.humanresearch.msu.edu from every computer with the exception of one. Is there a setting in IE or netscape that is preventing access to the site. The site is not running on a secured server. Access to the site stop when they recently changed the URL. What am I missing?
