We tested a product called "I Hate Spam" and it seemed to work quite well. In fact, we're running the server version on our Exchange 2003 Server and it's doing a fine job. The url is http://www.sunbelt-software.com/product.cfm?id=930&affid=google

Does anyone have any recommendations for good spam filtering software
that will work with Outlook? Something that integrates with Outlook
would be best, but if there's something like an IMAP/POP proxy server,
