This was brought up at the NAG meeting last Friday. With Reply-To set to the list address, by default most mail clients will send to the list when someone does a simple reply. Often that leads to a personal reply going to the list, which often results in Mailing List Blushing Syndrome. If your e-mail client has a Reply Sender function that usually does what you want. Mine does, and that's what I just did to reply to the list.
