Has anyone reported the AFS access as a problem to Computer Lab? Has it
been logged as a problem?

I tried John's instruction (below) last night and it worked for me from my
office in Erickson Hall. Perhaps OpenAFS is the short-term solution for
people who need immediate access to their AFS space.

For those who are familiar with OpenAFS, could it be a solution to accessing
Windows servers (2003) from off-campus? Or do we still need VPN?

r.

week?)

> Click and you should receive a (Kerberos?) token good for 24 hours.
