We use something called AWStats.
http://awstats.sourceforge.net

It's a free, open source log analyzer written in perl that supports several
different log formats including IIS.  To run it under Windows, you'll need
to also install ActiveState Perl.  It's probably not the fastest one out
there, but it seems the be the most full-featured free analyzer.
