It depends what client you're using.  I've got IMAP working via OE6.0, but
it doesn't work very well using Outlook XP (shows folders but no contents
except for Inbox).  That said, Outlook XP has never been a very good IMAP
client, esp compared to OE.

IMAP settings for OE are:

Root folder path:  Inbox
Sent Items folder:  Sent
Drafts folder:  Drafts

Also, don't forget to turn on SSL (both SMTP and IMAP, ports 25 and 993
respectively.)
