The changes for Outlook 2000 are different from XP. 1. Open Tools menu/Services selection. 2. Highlight Internet Mail and click Properties. 4. Click "Servers" 5. Click "Settings" 6. Click My server requires authentication checkbox. 7. Click Use same settings as incoming mail server. 8. Click "OK" 9. Click "OK" Outlook 2000 users who don't follow this procedure can send mail to other msu.edu addresses, but not off campus.
