Our CSE Dept mail server has something similar to Russell's.  Instead of
filtering at the server level and dealing with the AUP, we have
everything user procmail driven.  SpamAssassin is catching most spam and
DrWeb is catching ALL viruses I have come across.
I modified a DrWeb client to easily add into procmail.

Students, Faculty, and Staff can choose to use it or not.
