About a month ago, I had the same problems.  Dell told me that IE 6 has
problems with the new web site.  I had to delete existing cookies, delete
temporary Internet files, and make sure that the Security custom level is
set to medium.

Hello:

I have been having trouble getting into Dell's Premier Support Web site
for over a day now.  Is anyone having the same trouble?  I can't believe
their site would be down this long.
