Print

Hello.
Their home page does say they cover peripherals but I can't find any specific mention of printer service.

Given that their own e-token printer program has had an expired certificate for the last few months, and that I opened a service call on that issue for our copy center - over a month ago - I wouldn't expect great things from them. The copy center has to re-initialize the e-token system they use, every day and some times more then once a day. Every time the browser hangs for a bit on the expired certificate notice.

Thanks for the reply. I'll check tomorrow to see if they do service printers. It would be good to have someone next door.

Doesn't Engineering Services handle HP printers? Last that I had heard,
they were gong for training and certification from HP for various 'flavors'
of printers.

While we support the small printers in house we've been having a reasonably
local firm service the larger printers, and the 4's and 5's when we're too
busy.
I'm not at all happy with the last couple of jobs they've done for us on two
HP 8000's, in addition to not being able to get them here in a reasonable
time lately.

What firms are servicing your printers?
If you have a contract with them, would you sign it again?
Thanks.
