I've received a few questions as to how technical this presentation will be. This is NOT a technical talk. It's an overview of what information architecture is, and how to apply it when building a Web site. Literally anyone who uses the Web to reach an audience can benefit from these ideas. (O'Reilly, 1998; second edition scheduled summer 2002). Rosenfeld consults for Fortune 500 companies to help them design internal and external Web presences that meet their customers' needs. MSU webmasters - as well as for anyone at MSU who uses the Web to publish information - will find this presentation informative and useful.
