It has been too long since I have had to restore a corrupted DS, so I can't
give you specific advice.  But, my gut feeling is that you are fooling
around with it way too much.   There are some commands or switches you can
use to force the removal of DS, but I don't remember them.  If it were me, I
would call Novell.
