Job Description:

Baruch College, CUNY invites applications for three (3) tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting August 2023, Entrepreneurship (2 Positions) and Sustainability (1 position) subject to final budget approval.

These positions are intended to support two new related interdisciplinary faculty clusters – "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" and "Climate Studies" – that will span Baruch's three schools: the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, the Weissman School of Arts and Science, and the Zicklin School of Business. These faculty will be expected to work collaboratively within and across these clusters (as well as a new Data Science cluster) and appropriate centers and institutes in order to strengthen the research base that already exists at Baruch, expand its academic programs, increase the career opportunities for its graduates, and enhance collaborations across CUNY. Entrepreneurship and Innovation cluster faculty may also be given affiliate appointments with the Field Center for Entrepreneurship, which will enable them to use their expertise to serve students and local entrepreneurs outside the classroom.
