We are subleasing a nice 2 bed/2 bath 3rd floor apartment (1125 square
feet) close to MSU campus. Located at the corner of Hagadorn and Mt. Hope.
You can ride the bike or CATA bus (stop right out front) to anywhere on
campus. Kids (5-10 yrs old) living here will go to the close by prestigious
Bennett Wood Elementary School (school bus picking up right out front).
Brand new windows with large south facing sliders that opens to your
spacious private deck. There is a formal dining room and an adorable
kitchen with updated appliances. The master bedroom has walk in closet and
a private bath. The 2nd bath serves guests and the 2nd bedroom. Washer and
dryer are located in the building. Large storage unit is located in the
attic. You also have access to a storage room on the first floor. The free
carport will save you life in Michigan winters. The huge backyard is where
your kids will have fun. People living in the condo are nice and friendly
with a mixture of different ages (from medical school students to seniors).
The rental is $900/month. You need pay your own utility and cable/internet.
You can move in early of June, 2019 with free rest of June rental (on us).
Our lease ends at end of January 2020. After that, you can choose to
continue the contract with the nice landlord comes from Taiwan.
It is a great place for young professionals with kids and visiting scholars
from China who bring family here.
