I'm leaving for an intern during Spring 2019. I'd like to sublet my
bedroom(out of a 2b/1b) at trappers cove apartment, starting from
12.25 -- Aug 2019. My roommate is a male Ph.D. The monthly rent is
$397(include, water, gas, heat, high-speed internet), plus a
$20~monthly electricity bill. It's safe and quiet there! Route 20 goes
by the apartment, and there are 3 markets (Better Asia, Fresh Thyme,
and Sparty's Market) along the way. So it's convenient to buy stuff.

小区环境安静，安全。有一个游泳池。20路公交直达学校。沿途有3个超市，方便就近买菜。（better asia, fresh Thyme,
sparty's market.)
房租已经交到2018.12.31。我圣诞节前就会离开。
