简单介绍下房子：House, 三室一厅一厨房一卫一地下室+草坪+车库，在North Foster Ave
Lansing，1路车到学校约10分钟，沿路有Kroger等超市；月租三人共计800$，费用平摊，水电暖网也平摊（人均全
部开销350-400$）；周边环境好，无治安案件（基于本人四年来的生活经历）。附几张生活照供参考。
下月可以直接拎包入住，家具等一应摆设俱全！
