I'm looking for someone who would be interested in taking over my lease of a one bedroom apartment at Ashton Lake (http://ashtonlakeliving.com/). My lease ends at May 31st, but I am hoping to completely move out on May 6th. If there is anybody interested in taking over this lease, I am willing to pay you half of the rent of the first month (i.e., rent for May).
Ashton Lake is right next to Meijer and a bus stop (Number 16, 20). It's a quite, secure place for both undergrad and grad students as well as professionals. The rent includes all utilities except for electricity (around $20-30 per month), so heating and water is covered. There is also a washer/dryer in your room. You will get a covered parking spot if you pay an additional $15 per month; if not, you will get a ground parking spot for free.
