bathroom. All rooms have day light windows. One room has own exit door to
the street. There is also a shared study room . The rent is
$450/month/room. Common shared space include: full kitchen, family room,
living room and laundry at the upper level, plus recreation room in the
carpeted basement. The house has no pet, no smoking, and no party policy.
The location is very close to MSU. Ideally you bring a friend with you to
share the quarter of 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. Minimum 12 month lease.
