I registered for the Capital City River Run Half Marathon on 9/17/2017. I am looking for someone who are interested in training for this event together, or simply interested in running. We could form a group and run together. I wrote a tentative training schedule:

You don't have to follow this schedule. I just wrote it as a guideline for myself. I plan to run three days per week and gradually increase the mileage. I usually run on Tue, Thu and Sat around 5pm on MSU campus. If you are not interested in the half Marathon, but simply want to run a few miles per week, you could join me for one or two days per week and you can run any distance that you feel comfortable each time. I am a beginner and I run around 9.5 mins per mile on average. The running speed does not matter too much. We could always run back and forth to keep everyone on track.
