Research Opportunity: Practice your English!
Thank you all for your interests in participating in our study from my previous email. We are
now looking for two more participants who meet one of the following requirements: (1)
Recent arrivals in the U.S., (2) Having experiences of taking one of the English language
classes at MSU, (3) Having difficulties in communicating in English and hoping to improve
his or her English speaking.
For this study, you will meet with a speaking partner (advanced English speaker) once and
play some games, describe some pictures, talk about fun topics (this will take about 45
mins in total). After the conversation, you can talk about areas of English that seem to be
problematic for you.
You will receive $15 for your participation.
