Reminder - last call for volunteers!
The 2017 Michigan High School State Quiz Bowl Tournament is upon us. For
those who are unfamiliar, Quiz Bowl is a game in which two teams compete
head-to-head to answer questions from all areas of knowledge including
history, literature, science, fine arts, current events, sports, and popular
culture. This tournament, sponsored by the Honors College and Meijer, will
be held at the MSU Union on Friday, April 21st, and Saturday, April 22nd,
and we need your help!
Because this event is sponsored by Honors College, we’re hoping that you’ll
help represent HC as a volunteer! We are looking for folks to fill various
roles, including moderators, judges, and scorekeepers. Training
materials/instructions and a meal voucher to the MSU Union food court will
be provided. If desired, you can also attend a live training session, held
at Eustace-Cole Hall on April 11th , from 5:30-6:30pm.
