This unit is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 2nd floor. I live in bedspace-B, the window 
faces to the south which has pretty sunshine. Apartment has convenient 
location. On MSU and bus city route of 24.25.26. You will get FREE bus pass 
each semester($50). About 5mins drive to Meijer and Asian Market. 10mins 
drive to MSU campus. Because of personal reason, I am sublesing my room and 
looking for a female to take over my lease from Oct. to July 31st ,2017. I will be 
paying transfer fee. I have paid the rent for October. My roommate is a Chinese 
student, she is very quiet, clean, and regular schedule person. 
The rental installation is $500/person. ($594 on lease, I could pay you back $94 
for each month). Free water, trash, internet, HBO signal. You are only 
responsible for sharing electricity and gas with roommate, the price depends on 
how much you use. If you are interested in my home, please feel free to let me 
know.
