Abbott Pointe
2房1卫招租，租金每月1090刀(两人)，含水和暖气。网费电费不包含。现在的房主是有网费和电视费，一共70刀，电费每月差不多30刀左右。如果今后不用电视，估计两人电+网在80左右(网建议用ATT)。房子很新很大很干净，装修布局合理。小区环境也很好很安全，多为美国人和中国人居住。有健身房24小时开，还有游泳池。交通便利，去学校开车不超过10分钟，坐公交的话26路直达。最近的meijer开车5分钟，离east
wood和NCG电影院都超级近。小区对面就是Renos，应急吃饭也很方便。房间图片如下(图片是新拍的，原房主很爱干净)：

图片里所看到的家具都全部附送(除了厨房用品，可能房主要带走一点)，每个卧室目前也都有床，可以直接拎包入住。目前的lease是到明年8月份，如果诚心入住的话，小区的注册费，房主可以承担。
