The rent is $1090 for two people, and it includes water and gas. The total fee for internet,
cable and electricity is around $100 per month. The room is very clean and new. 24/7 fitness
center and swim pool are available in community. No.26 bus can take you to school or you can
drive there for less than 10 min. Meijer, East woods shopping center and NCG are close to the
apartment and it's about 5-10 min's drive. Reno's is just across the street, if you want have a
drink sometime, it will be a nice choice :)
The furniture (at least values $200) in the picture are all yours if you decide to take the lease,
including two beds, sofa, table, chairs and etc. You can move in from the early September
and the lease will be end in the August 2017.
