租期即日起至8月10日；
室友是PHD男生，很安静，不吸烟不喝酒；
家具齐全，厨房用具齐全，共用一间卫生间；
门口有公交20路，可直达火车站，超市，20分钟到校区；
租金共500刀，包水电燃气网络所有费用！

最长可以住至9月初。
