3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Cedar Creek Apartment, Okemos MI.
1. Time: Feb 1, 2016-May 31, 2016, can renew lease after May, 2016.
2. You may take the whole apartment or separately. The monthly rent is
$829, about $90 lower than the current market price. If you sublease
separately, it just costs $300 for every person per month, including
all utilities (electricity, TV and Internet). Water and heating are free.
3. Send all furniture and appliance for free with sublease, Including the
whole set of furniture in every room, such as bed, , study desk, chair,
bookshelf, floor lamp, table lamp, night stand, and sofa, TV, DVD player,
dining table, shoe rack and kitchenware.
4. Car parking is free and covered parking is available. Swimming pool is
available.
5. This apartment is located in a nice and convenient place, adjacent
to schools and library. A large shopping center is just 5 minutes' drive
away. And No. 22 CATA bus can reach MSU campus in about 7 minutes. The
